Traverse the island from west to east and around the top and back to the west in this amazing tour that takes in the majesty of the mountains!

Heading east, we stop at the village of Pringgasela, home to generations of traditional weavers producing Ikat and other woven textiles.

Next, we climb high into the mountains to the cool village of Sapit to take in the breathtaking views to the south and east of the island. Following the steep road north, we pass through the eastern borders of Rinjani National Park up to the historic village of Sembalun, located on the eastern shoulder of Mt Rinjani volcano.

This is the vegetable bowl of Lombok, set in a pretty valley of patchwork fields surrounded by ancient, towering mountains. Continue north coast to Senaru, for a stop at Sendang Gile Waterfall, the famous waterfall that plummets down the slopes of Mt Rinjani.

We continue our journey home past the cliff top at Malimbu for stunning sunset views across the ocean to Bali.
